When the flexible working plans, reduce the operating cost, as a result there is significant amount of cost savings happening.

Every public service sector has various teams working to achieve the desired goal. With the flexibility available they can stay in touch with each other and as a result work in collaboration. This removes the requirement of making frequent visits to various offices and hence a lot of time and energy is saved.

Every public services department has to face a big burden of the accommodation in the legacy civic buildings. There are a large number of such councils being let out, or actually owned by many offices around the country. This results in huge amount of assets being tied up, which result in blocked resources.
